Carlo Giuliano was born in Italy but he became famous for his London shop in Bond St. A master in the use of enamel techniques, he is the one that ended the taste for victorian jewellery in the 19th century. His impeccable and delicate designs earned him a place in english history. His pieces are unique, and extremely sought after. A must in every European jewellery collection.

I found this magnificent example at Bentley & Skinner in Picadilly, London
